Craig Hughes, Director with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. represented Bandera Ventures and General Electric Real Estate in the design, construction and lease of a state of the warehouse and distribution facility, 1011 28th Avenue, DFW Airport, Texas, to Siemens Dematic for their postal sorting machines light assembly and manufacturing facility. The initial speculative warehouse was completed in 2006 and consists of a 32’ clear height, 205,000 square foot, cross dock distribution facility with 38 dock high doors and 2 oversized drive-in doors. The development is situated on approximately 12 acres of land under a long term land lease with the DFW International Airport located in International Commerce Park. The development is located within Foreign Trade Zone #39. The Property features a 45-mil TPO roof, clearstory windows and heavy power.
