Craig Hughes, Director with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. represented Bandera Ventures and Crow Holdings in the design, construction and lease of a state of the warehouse and distribution facility, International Commerce Park I located at 2701 Regent Blvd., DFW Airport, Texas.  Hughes negotiated leases with Pratt & Whitney for their jet engine refurbishment facility and Arizona Tile, a premier slab vender for their vast selection of granite, travertine, onyx, slate, marble, limestone and quartz slabs. The initial speculative warehouse was completed in 2005 and consists of a 32’ clear height, 401,979 square foot, cross dock distribution facility with 80 dock high doors and 2 oversized drive-in doors. The development is situated on approximately 23 acres of land under a long-term land lease with the DFW International Airport located in International Commerce Park. The development is located within Foreign Trade Zone #39. The Property features a 45-mil TPO roof, clearstory windows and heavy power.
