Carrier Plaza Ground Up Retail Development

Craig Hughes, Director with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. represented EBJ, L.P. in the design, construction and lease of a state of the art retail strip center located at 3710 S Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie, Texas. The new 10,500 square foot retail facility was shell completed on April 2008 and is situated on approximately 1.21 acres of land. Major tenants in the development include Dickey’s Barbeque Pit and Luxury Nail Spa.
