Speculative Retail and Restaurant Facility Kennedale TownCenter Building 7 Kennedale, Texas 2018

Craig Hughes, Managing Principal with Hughes Commercial Real Estate and Development, LLC, represented Kennedale Development Partners Series, LLC in the design and construction of a multi-tenant retail and restaurant building in Kennedale TownCenter. Hughes Commercial leased the 7,621 square foot speculative facility to tenants including Chicken Express, Bravo Eats and Thrive Coffee.

Kennedale Building 7 was the third building of seven eventual buildings in Kennedale TownCenter, a family friendly retail center in the heart of Kennedale.  Hughes contracted with S. L. Hayden Construction, Inc. as the general contractor with architectural services provided by Elements of Architecture.
