Speculative Retail and Restaurant Facility Kennedale TownCenter Building 6 Kennedale, Texas 2021

Craig Hughes, Managing Principal with Hughes Commercial Real Estate and Development, LLC, represented Kennedale Development Partners Series, LLC in the design and construction of a multi-tenant retail and restaurant building in Kennedale TownCenter. Hughes Commercial leased the 6,600 square foot speculative facility to tenants including Valentino’s Pizza, Emery Grace Salon, Mr. Wally’s Pickles and The Chic Spot Event Center.

Kennedale Building 6 was the fourth building of seven eventual buildings in Kennedale TownCenter, a family friendly retail center in the heart of Kennedale.  Hughes contracted with S. L. Hayden Construction, Inc. as the general contractor with architectural services provided by Elements of Architecture.
