Craig Hughes, Managing Principal with Hughes Commercial Real Estate and Development, LLC, is partnering with Tucker Covington on a state-of-the-art family restaurant and beer garden ground up development in Celina, Texas. Situated on 4-acres the 8,000 SF restaurant near old downtown Celina is designed with a 17,000 SF covered canopy. Construction is scheduled to commence in August 2025 with an expected grand opening in time for March Madness in March 2026. Hughes and Covington have contracted with general contractor, ABP Development, LLC, on the development with architectural services performed by Forms Studios, Inc.
Off the Rails Ice House is the initial development in a 14 acre Master Planed Celina Entertainment District.
