Craig Hughes formed HUGHES COMMERCIAL Real Estate and Development, LLC on January 4, 2010, a full service real estate brokerage and development company. Mr. Hughes’ first project was a build-to-suit for the Music Institute of North Texas in Frisco, Texas. Ground breaking on this 4,550 square foot facility occurred in January 2010 and the state of the art designed music school was completed in July 2010.
